Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the 107 platform. By accessing or registering an account on 107, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using our platform immediately.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering or using the 107 platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to use online betting services in Malaysia. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. 107 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice, and such changes shall take effect immediately upon being posted on this site.

2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on 107. Account registration requires accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including full name, phone number, and valid payment details. Providing false or inaccurate information may result in account suspension or termination without notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. 107 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from user negligence. If you suspect any suspicious activity on your account, please contact the 107 support team immediately.
Identity verification may be required at any time prior to processing a withdrawal or when suspicious activity is detected. We reserve the right to request additional verification documents as required by applicable compliance obligations.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users of the 107 platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using automation software, bots, or other systems to unlawfully exploit the platform.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to access your account.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, hacking, or manipulation of payment systems.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purposes.
- Posting content that is offensive, threatening, or infringes on the rights of others.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in permanent account suspension or closure, as well as appropriate legal action under applicable Malaysian law. 107 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these terms.
4. Payment Information & Transactions (MYR)
All transactions on the 107 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via approved payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, and supported local e-wallets. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to the platform's current policy and may change without prior notice.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and valid. 107 shall not be liable for transaction delays or failures caused by third parties, including banks or payment providers. All successful transactions are final and non-reversible except under circumstances specified by platform policy.
Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 24 working hours upon request verification. For withdrawals exceeding a certain amount, additional identity verification may be required. 107 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals for investigation purposes if any suspicious activity is detected.
5. Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property

The 107 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. 107 shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, data loss, or financial losses resulting from betting activity. Users acknowledge that betting involves financial risk and 107 does not guarantee any winnings.
Account Suspension & Closure
107 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts for reasons including but not limited to: fraud, breach of terms, prolonged account inactivity, or at the user's own request. In cases of account closure due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, software, and materials on the 107 platform are the exclusive property of 107 or our licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written consent from 107.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
